Short-Term Rehab

Susquehanna Health and Wellness Center offers “Promotion Rehab”, a short-term rehabilitation and therapy program. Our professional healthcare team works closely with the physicians who treated the patient at the hospital to ensure a seamless transition. Patients are discharged when they are ready for the next level of care or when they are able to return home. We aim to provide the best care and support for each patient's recovery.
